LargeDoc Solutions is centrally located within the Tri-State area just off
of exit 135 on the Garden State
Parkway in Clark,
New Jersey. Projects can be
done on or off site, based on the clients' needs. Either way, LDS will
pick-up and deliver the files or transport the hardware, software, supplies,
and staff necessary to complete the project.
Your documents are safe during processing. Small documents are carefully
placed into plastic containers before being indexed, prepared, and scanned.
Large documents are stored on racks. Every file is given a number and is
tracked throughout the conversion process. Upon completion, all files are
either returned to the client or tightly packed in cardboard boxes and stored
in our 7,000 sq ft warehouse for future destruction. The warehouse is
carefully inventoried and any file can be pulled within minutes.
The production floor includes eighteen large, small, and historical
document scanners. On average, over 65,000 documents ranging from 3" by
5" index cards to E-size drawings and bound books are scanned each day.
All LDS hardware is kept clean and maintained on a daily basis.
LDS has a state-of-the-art security system, is fully insured, and operates
in a smoke free environment. LDS employs an average of 50 skilled workers
that are committed to satisfying the client.
