Quality Control: LDS checks each and every image at
least twice: first, by the scanner operator while the image is being scanned and
second, by a team of Quality Control operators whose only task is to ensure the
quality of each image. Our quality control far exceeds the minimum requirements
designated by DARM.
No Outsourcing: LDS provides complete conversion services at our Clark
facility. Not one item of the conversion process is outsourced, thus providing
complete control over the documents at all times.
New Jersey Certification: The State Imaging System
Certification process is not simple and it requires sufficient knowledge of the system. To date, LDS
is the only conversion service bureau that has obtained State Certification of both large and small
format documents for its New Jersey governmental entities.
